Top-Line BMW, based on the CS Concept

It seems that in the future, BMW will launch a new top line, which will be four seats based on the concept shown some time ago in Shanghai Auto Show.

The BMW Concept CS is a sports sedan, which will be direct competition for the Mercedes-Benz CLS and the upcoming Porsche Panamera. Both competitors call their car BMW "coupes." But like the concept of BMW, with four doors and a low ceiling height.

The CEO of BMW of North America, Tom Purves, BMW said it will probably build a car based on the BMW CS Concept, "We have a reasonable number of examples where we have built cars based on concepts, and a small number of examples where we have not built the car BMW.

The BMW Concept CS illustrates that this "always interested in building the finest luxury sport sedans," says Purves.

The BMW CS is "not a stretch or change anything," says Purves. "It has aerodynamic style and presence, which is very important for customers in this category."
